AI Talk Tool SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description and Opt-In Consent

The AI Talk Tool messaging program (operated by Essien Energy LLC Dba AI Talk Tool) provides users with conversational AI responses, service alerts, and account updates.

Consent: Users explicitly opt-in to receive recurring SMS notifications through one of the following methods:

Submitting a mobile number via a dedicated opt-in form on the AI Talk Tool website (e.g., https://www.aitalktool.com).

Sending a keyword (e.g., "INFO") to our designated short code or phone number.

By opting in, the customer confirms they are the account holder or have the permission of the account holder to enroll the mobile number in the program. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Content: Messages may include conversational AI output, scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, service outage notifications, feature announcements, and customer support updates.

Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary depending on user activity and settings. You will receive messages only when actively interacting with the AI Talk Tool service or when critical account alerts are necessary.

2. Cancellation and Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text the keyword STOP to the same short code or phone number that sent you the message.

Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin the service, you must sign up again as you did initially (as described in Section 1).

3. Support Information

If you experience issues with the messaging program or need assistance, please reply with the keyword HELP to the number that sent you the message.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Essien Energy LLC Dba AI Talk Tool does not charge for the delivery of text messages.

5. Carrier Liability

Carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. We will only use information you provide to transmit your mobile messages and will not share or sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
